RealVue allows you manage one or multiple channels, depending on what your needs are. Each channel has it’s own subscription and billing. Each channel you manage will show up under the My Channels in the top menu bar.
New Account
Creating a channel is very simple and straightforward. To create your channel follow the steps below:
- From the home page click Get Started
- Choose a preconfigured template for your channel by clicking Select on the template you would like to use.
- Enter Channel Details. This will include the name of your channel and the URL field is your channel’s unique URL.
- Enter Account Details. This will be the username and password that you will sign into your channel with.
For maximum channel security, we recommend you and everyone you add to manage your channel use two-factor authentication.
Existing Account
If you already own or manage a channel and you would like to create another one under the same account, simply log into your account and follow these steps.
- Under the Dashboard menu, click the arrow to drop the menu down if it isn’t already and click on Add New Channel
- Choose a preconfigured template for your channel by clicking Select on the template you would like to use.
- Enter the channel address (URL) and the channel title and click Add Channel
Finishing Setup
After you’ve created your channel, you will be taken to the subscription page to set up your channels subscription and billing.
